Our business and our performance are both closely linked to those of our partners, i.e. the suppliers and owners of the Accor establishments operated under management and franchise contracts. Consequently, we have a wider responsibility and must:
- extend our social, societal and environmental commitments to them,
- involve them in our progress, and
- raise standards all along our value chain.
However, we have also identified many partnership opportunities to develop solutions and unprecedented products and services designed to address sustainability concerns.
